Specification

The Johnson pipe, also known as a filter pipe, was first introduced by the Johnson company in the United States, hence its name (Johnson Screen). It is made of stainless steel wire or high manganese steel wire that is pre-rolled into V-shaped winding wires (screen wires or screen strips) and welded onto supporting bars. Each intersection is connected through fusion welding, resulting in a robust structure with excellent mechanical properties. The V-shaped profile prevents clogging while ensuring smooth water flow. It can be used in conjunction with deep well pumps and submersible pumps, as well as in water treatment equipment and environmental protection applications. Additionally, it is utilized in the petroleum and chemical industries for terminal filtration of petroleum products and for filtering acidic and alkaline liquids, as well as recovering organic solvents like alcohol.
